Mr. F. Fernhout will keep you informed throughout the year during peak hour meetings (from 17:00 to 19:00) about the most recent developments in civil procedural law. Using the latest case law as a basis, the course will cover litigation in civil matters at first instance, in appeals, and in cassation. Attention will be paid to areas including the law of evidence, appellate procedural law, and private international law (PIL). The course will also include practical examples from the perspective of litigation in both commercial cases and matters of family law. Finally, you will be prepared for and updated on the digitisation of the judiciary (continuation of KEI) and the most recent legislative proposals.
