Mr F. Fernhout will keep you informed throughout the year of the latest developments in the field of civil procedural law during evening sessions (from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.). Based on the most recent case law, attention will be given to civil litigation at first instance, on appeal, and before the Supreme Court. This will include, among other things, the law of evidence, appellate procedure, and private international law.

From a judicial practice perspective, the course will discuss practical examples from both commercial cases and cases in the field of family and personal law. Finally, you will be prepared for and updated on the digitalisation of the judiciary (continuation of the KEI programme) and the most recent legislation and legislative proposals.
