This course provides a clear overview of the development of law and legal unity within the so-called ‘law of distribution’. It addresses both the relationship between national law and EU law, as well as the relationship between public law and private law, partly in response to the high-profile Didam ruling by the Supreme Court regarding the (scarce) allocation of land.
