Masterclasses primarily aimed at supervisory board members and directors of organizations in both the public and private sector.

Participants are expected to have experience as a supervisory board member or to thoroughly prepare for their first board role. The Masterclasses are also explicitly intended for directors, executives, and professionals who deal professionally with supervisory boards, such as lawyers and accountants. Participants come from various parts of the (semi-)public and private sectors. This diversity is highly enriching.
