Mr. F. Fernhout will keep you updated throughout the year during peak hour meetings (from 17:00 to 19:00) on the latest developments in civil procedural law. Using recent case law as a basis, the course will cover litigation in civil matters at first instance, in appeals, and in cassation. Attention will be paid to areas including the law of evidence, appellate procedural law, and private international law (PIL). The course will also address practical examples from the perspective of litigation in both commercial cases and matters of family law. Finally, you will be prepared for and informed about the digitisation of the judiciary (continuation of KEI) and the most recent legislative proposals.
